Think. Feel. Transform.
Our self-talk holds significant power. Our thoughts exert a profound influence on our perception and interactions with the world. I frequently advise my clients that cultivating awareness of the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors holds the key to personal growth. This heightened awareness often serves as the initial catalyst for effecting the desired changes and addressing our needs.
As a trained Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) professional, I am delighted to offer personalized sessions rooted in this therapeutic framework. CBT has demonstrated efficacy in addressing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, self-harm, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Over the past two decades, my professional journey has been dedicated to working with children and families, providing valuable insights into their development and well-being through this rewarding endeavor.
In addition to my CBT expertise, I offer parent coaching and consultation utilizing RIE/Mindful Parenting approaches. Furthermore, I hold certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, an evidence-based model highly effective for children and adolescents who have experienced trauma. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (#CW019514), I earned my Master of Social Service from Bryn Mawr College in 2006. With over two decades of experience, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, children, and families, accumulating a substantial clinical experience of more than 40,000 hours.
